To confirm a reservation, full payment or the specified deposit may be required.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/strong>
Weather-Related Cancellations:<\/strong> If flights are canceled due to weather conditions by the Civil Aviation Authority, the customer will be offered an alternative date if available, or a full refund will be issued without deduction.
Customer Cancellations:<\/strong> For cancellations made by the customer up to 24 hours (or the time specified in the tour details) before the tour starts, a full refund will be provided. Later cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Disclaimer of Liability<\/strong>
Cappadocia Trip Travel makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and currency of the Site content but cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions. The company is not directly responsible for service faults by third-party providers (hotels, transfers, balloon companies, etc.) but will mediate to resolve issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
