Distance Sales Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement is made in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts of the Republic of Turkey.

Buyer / Customer:
The natural or legal person who books and purchases a tour or travel service through the website or mobile application of Cappadocia Trip Travel.
The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information during the booking process.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of tourism and travel services (including, but not limited to, hot air balloon flights, daily tours, private transfers, cultural activities, and guided excursions) offered by the Seller and purchased by the Buyer through electronic means.
All bookings, payments, and related transactions made via the Cappadocia Trip Travel website or mobile application are subject to this Agreement.
3. DESCRIPTION AND PRICE OF SERVICES
Details such as type, scope, duration, total price, currency, and payment method of each service are displayed on the relevant booking page prior to confirmation.
All prices are shown in TRY (Turkish Lira), EUR (Euro), or USD (US Dollar), and the currency selected during checkout determines the final payment amount.
Cappadocia Trip Travel reserves the right to update tour descriptions and prices at any time before booking confirmation.
4. PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION
Payment must be completed at the time of booking unless a written deferred payment arrangement has been approved.
Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfers to Cappadocia Trip Travel’s designated Turkish bank accounts.
Upon successful payment, the Buyer will receive an electronic Booking Confirmation and Tour Voucher by email within 24 hours.
Delivery of these documents constitutes “service delivery” under this Agreement.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Article 15(g) of the Distance Sales Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to accommodation, transportation, catering, or leisure activities that must be performed on a specific date or within a specific period.
However, Cappadocia Trip Travel offers the following flexible cancellation policy in favor of the Buyer:
- Hot Air Balloon Tours: Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Other Tours: Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- No-Shows or Late Arrivals: Non-refundable.
- Weather-Related Cancellations: Full refund or free rescheduling, at the Buyer’s choice.
Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. FAILURE TO DELIVER OR FORCE MAJEURE
If Cappadocia Trip Travel is unable to provide the booked service due to force majeure events such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety-related aviation cancellations, the Buyer has the right to:
- Reschedule the tour for another available date,
- Exchange it for another tour of equal value, or
- Receive a full refund.
Cappadocia Trip Travel shall not be liable for losses or damages caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7. BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review all service details, including pickup location and time, before the tour date.
- Comply with all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Cappadocia Trip Travel staff, pilots, or guides.
- Ensure personal health and fitness suitability for activities such as hot air ballooning, ATV rides, or hiking.
Cappadocia Trip Travel is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings or injuries resulting from the Buyer’s negligence or failure to follow instructions.
8. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
Cappadocia Trip Travel processes all personal data in compliance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and GDPR (where applicable).
Personal information is collected only for booking, communication, legal compliance, and operational purposes.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Nevşehir, Turkey, as per the monetary limits set by law.
Both parties acknowledge and accept the exclusive jurisdiction of these authorities.
10. EFFECTIVENESS AND ACCEPTANCE
By clicking the “Confirm Booking” or “Complete Reservation” button on the Cappadocia Trip Travel website, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Distance Sales Agreement in its entirety.
This Agreement is executed electronically and is legally binding under Law No. 5070 on Electronic Signatures.
