Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully. This policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds for services purchased through Cappadocia Trip Travel.

CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION RETURN TERMS

Hot Air Balloon:

  • You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it is canceled due to poor weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

GENERAL

  • By placing an order electronically through our website, you accept the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
  • Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of purchased services.
  • Shipping charges, if any, will be paid by the buyer.
  • Each purchased service is delivered to the address indicated by the buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If delivery does not occur within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
  • The purchased service must be delivered in accordance with the specifications of the order and with any supporting documents, such as vouchers or instructions.
  • If the service cannot be provided, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days and refund the total price within 14 days.

PAYMENT ISSUES

  • If the buyer does not pay or cancels payment through the bank, the seller’s obligation to deliver ends.
  • If the service was purchased using an unauthorized credit card, the buyer must return the service or related items at the seller’s expense within 3 days.

FORCE MAJEURE

  • If unforeseen circumstances prevent timely delivery, the buyer will be notified and may request cancellation, replacement, or postponement.
  • Refunds for cancellations will be issued within 14 days for cash or credit card payments (processing times by banks may vary).

BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO CHECK SERVICES

  • The buyer must inspect received services and report any issues before acceptance.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, services must not be used, and invoices or supporting documents must be returned.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • Buyers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the service, provided they notify Cappadocia Trip Travel using the contact information below.
  • For service contracts, the 14-day period starts from the date of signing the contract. Services that have started with the consumer’s consent are excluded.
  • Costs arising from withdrawal are borne by the seller.
  • Written notification of withdrawal must be sent via registered mail, fax, or email.

RETURN TERMS

  • The seller must refund the total price and return obligations within 10 days and receive returned services within 20 days.
  • If the value of services decreases due to the buyer’s fault, compensation may be required. Proper use and normal deterioration during the withdrawal period do not constitute fault.
  • Discounts related to promotions may be canceled if the withdrawal affects campaign limits.

SERVICES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL

  • Personal care products, underwear, swimwear, bikinis, makeup, disposable goods, perishable items, customized products, opened hygiene items, periodicals, digital content, audio/video recordings, software, or other instantly delivered services are not eligible for withdrawal once delivered or opened.
  • Services that have started with the consumer’s approval are excluded.

DEFERRED PAYMENT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

  • Buyers are responsible for any interest, fees, or legal consequences resulting from delayed payment via credit card according to their bank agreement.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, EFT, or credit card on our website.
  • Credit card payments may be single or installment, with the amount withdrawn at the end of the order.
