Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the cappadociatriptravel.com (“Site”) website. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Cappadocia Trip Travel provides booking and information services for hot air balloon tours and other tourism activities in the Cappadocia region. The company acts as an intermediary between tour operators and users.

2. Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made through the Site or via customer service.
To confirm a reservation, full payment or the specified deposit may be required.
Prices include taxes; unless otherwise stated, additional expenses are the responsibility of the user.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Weather-Related Cancellations: If flights are canceled due to weather conditions by the Civil Aviation Authority, the customer will be offered an alternative date if available, or a full refund will be issued without deduction.
Customer Cancellations: For cancellations made by the customer up to 24 hours (or the time specified in the tour details) before the tour starts, a full refund will be provided. Later cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Disclaimer of Liability
Cappadocia Trip Travel makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and currency of the Site content but cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions. The company is not directly responsible for service faults by third-party providers (hotels, transfers, balloon companies, etc.) but will mediate to resolve issues.

5. Intellectual Property
All texts, images, logos, and software on the Site are the property of Cappadocia Trip Travel or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.

6. Changes
Cappadocia Trip Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. The updated terms take effect on the date they are published on the Site.
