The company acts solely as an intermediary between independent tour operators and users for the reservation and organization of tourism services.
2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Bookings may be made through the Site or by contacting Cappadocia Trip Travel customer service.
To confirm a reservation, full payment or the specified deposit may be required, depending on the selected service.
Unless otherwise stated, all published prices include applicable taxes. Any additional personal expenses, optional services, or charges not specifically included in the booking are the responsibility of the user.
3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Weather-Related Cancellations:
If a hot air balloon flight or other activity is canceled due to weather conditions or an official decision by the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority, the customer will be offered an alternative available date or a full refund without any deductions.
Customer Cancellations:
For cancellations made by the customer at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time (or within the cancellation period specified on the relevant tour page), a full refund will be provided.
Cancellations made after the applicable deadline may not be eligible for a refund.
4. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Cappadocia Trip Travel makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the information published on the Site is accurate, complete, and up to date.
However, the company cannot guarantee that the Site will always be free from errors, omissions, or interruptions.
Cappadocia Trip Travel is not directly responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, or service failures of third-party providers, including but not limited to hotels, transfer companies, hot air balloon operators, or other tourism service providers.
In the event of a service-related issue, the company will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer in resolving the matter with the relevant provider.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, software, and other materials, is the property of Cappadocia Trip Travel or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
